De'Boise Catering:

Frequently Asked Questions:

1.What is the first step in booking an event?
We start by scheduling an appointment.  The first meeting can be done in under an hour.  Some clients can complete the process with one additional meeting, some require more time.

2.What can I expect in the first meeting?
This is a chance to share your ideas and vision.  We discuss the menu and any special needs.  We can follow up with an estimated cost.

3.How do I secure a date?
A $150.00 dollar nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a date.  This protects both the client and De’Boise.  It insures that the date is yours and it protects us from having unnecessary empty dates.

4.What about the balance of the cost?
One half of the estimated total is due 30 days prior to the event.  The balance is due in full at the completion of the event.

5.When must I have my final menu selections?
Six weeks prior to the event.

6.When must I have my final guest count?
14 days prior to your event.  If the actual count exceeds the estimated count by more than 5%, additional charges will apply.

7.How much can I expect to pay for catering?
Catering fees are based on many variables.  Number of guest, menu selections, venues, service needs, and the length and complexity of the event.  Since each event is unique, we offer many different pricing levels.  Reception buffets with heavy finger food start at $8.95 per person.  Dinner buffets start at $12.95.
